Л-дун патогенези толук изилдене элек, түрдүү тышкы ж-а ички таасирлерден организмде клеткалык <em>мутациялар</em> пайда болуп, анын натыйжасында кан пайда кылуучу клеткалардын нормалдуу өөрчүүсү бузулат.
