Махмуд Кашгари б-ча И-лардын өз ал&shy;дынча тили болуп, түрк тилин да дурус билиш&shy;кен. Алар печенек, кыпчак, басмыл, кай, та&shy;тар, кыргыздар м-н бирдикте Византиядан Кы&shy;тайга (Чын) чейинки аймактарда жайгашкан. О. эле Кашкар тоолорунан башталып, Фергана&shy;нын ортосунан Өзгөндү карай аккан дарыя Ийабаку-Сувы деп аталган ж-а кыргыз ийаба&shy;ку ж-а кыпчак уруулары темирди өзгөчө аздек&shy;теп, аны ортого коюп, шерт (ант) беришери ай&shy;тылган. И-лар Караханиддерге каршы согуштар&shy;га да катышкан.<br />
