Верный ш-ндагы гимназиядан билим алган. 1914-ж. чейин Верный уездинин сот органдары м-н жер которуу башкармалыгында тилмеч болгон. 1914–16-ж. Санкт-Петербург ш-нда сот палатасында кызмат өтөгөн. Бул мезгилде падыша өкмөтүнө каршы ар кандай саясий уюмдардын программалары м-н таанышат. 1916-ж. элине келген Б. казак калкынын улуттук-боштондук көтөрүлүшүнүн<br />

Жети-Суу аймагындагы жетекчилеринин бири болгон. 1917-ж. большевиктер м-н жакындашып, Жети-Суу обл-нда Совет өкмөтүн орнотууга жигердүү катыша баштаган. Ал 1918-ж. 2–13-январда Жети-Суу обл. эмгекчилер депутаттарынын 2-съездине катышат, андан соӊ, Жети-Суу согуш-рев-я к-тинин мүчөлүгүнө шайланат. Саясий күрөштүн курманы болгон.<br />
