Техникум архитектуралык-курулуш коллежи болуп кайра түзүлгөн. 1996-ж. Архитектуралык курулуш техникуму деп өзгөртүлгөн. Техникумда 3 спортзал, ашкана, окуу устаканалары, 58 окуу кабинети, 5 лаборатория, 19 персоналдык компьютер м-н жабдылган, интернет ж-а электрондук почта байланышына кошулган 2 компьютердик зал бар. Техникум арх-ра, имараттарды куруу ж-а эксплуатациялоо, имараттардын ичиндеги желдетүүчү ж-а санитариялык-тех. курулуштун монтажы ж-а эксплуатациясы, жыгач иштетүү технологиясы, туристтик комплекстерде ж-а мейманканаларда уюштуруу ж-а тейлөө иштерин жүргүзүү, экономика ж-а бух. эсеп, жер ж-а мүлк мамилелери б-ча адистерди даярдайт. Ачылгандан бери техникум 25 миӊден ашык адис даярдаган (2006). 2005–06-ж. окуу жылында 1020 студент окуган.<br />
