Фрунзе ЖЭБ ишке киргизилип, 1962-ж. анда жылуулук тармактар цехи ачылып, станция аркылуу жылуулук коё берүү башталган. Долбоордун биринчи кезеги б-ча кубаттуулугу 25 миӊ &#039;&#039;кВт&#039;&#039;тык 2 агрегат ж-а саатына ар бири 160 т буу иштеп чыгаруучу 3 буу казаны орнотулган. Ошол учурда жылуулукту пайдалануу көлөмүнүн тез көбөйүшүнөн улам ЖЭБди кеӊейтүү ж-дө чечим кабыл алынып, жаӊы жылуулук магистралдары курула баштаган. 1963-ж. жылуулук тармактар цехи райондук жылуулук тармагы болуп өзгөртүлгөн. Фрунзе ш-нын алгачкы жылуулук магистралдары Ташкендеги Жылуулук долбоор ин-тунун О. Азия бөлүмү иштеп чыккан долбоорлордун негизинде курулган. 1962–64-ж. ЖЭБден баштап Фучик көчөсүнө чейин уз. 9,5 &#039;&#039;км&#039;&#039;, диаметри 500 &#039;&#039;м&#039;&#039;м ПП-1,2 жылуулук тармагы ишке кирген. Ишкананын алгачкы ишаракеттери магистралдык жылуулук тармактарын пайдалануу м-н башталган. 1968-ж. Жылуулукту пайдалануу кеӊейгенине байланыштуу район Фрунзе шаардык жылуулук тармактар ишканасы деп аталып, анын курамына Борб. ж-а Түш. райондорунун тейлөө жумуштары жүктөлгөн. 1982-ж. мекеменин энергия кубаттуулугунун өсүшүнө байланыштуу шаардын борб. ж-а батыш бөлүктөрүн тейлөө үчүн ¹3 Батыш жылуулук пайдалануу р-ну, 1991-ж. ЖЭБ-2ден чыккан жылуулук магистралдарын тейлөө үчүн Түш.-Батыш району түзүлгөн. Ишкана 1451 турак үйдү, 424,4 &#039;&#039;км&#039;&#039; жылуулук тармагын, 18 тейлөө станциясын ж-а 3200дөн ашык жылуулук керектөөчүлөрдү тейлеген. Анын курамына жылуулук керектөөчү төрт район – Борб., Түш., Батыш, Түш.-Батыш, ремонттоо, электр ж-а байланыш, диспетчердик, транспорт ж-а механизмдер кызматтары, жылуулук автоматикасы ж-а изилдөө, коммерциялык эсеп кызматы, сатып өткөрүү ж-а башкаруу бөлүмдөрү кирет.<br /> &lt;br/&gt;&#039;&#039;М.
